Orders are estimated to be received within 1-5 business days depending on the final destination. (excluding weekends and holidays.) Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options.
Overnight services are only available on orders within the United States.
Overnight service on orders placed before 11:00 AM PST will ship out that same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.)
We will happily accept most unworn merchandise with tags attached within 15 days of the received date for a full refund or credit. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn. If the tags have been cut off or secured back in any way, the item will NOT be accepted back. All merchandise is checked for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to make sure the product is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund. If the above criteria is not met, the items will be sent back to the customer. All sale, hair, and special order items are not returnable and are final sale.
